It’s really helping with my sleeping position. Took a couple of nights to get used to but now it’s great. I love that it stays in position even when I move around.
Love this product as I find it helps my tail bone and posture, I take it everywhere with me and I have now purchaes spinely for my brother who has scoliosis in his spine.
My husband works mostly at his computer, and the seat cushion has helped his posture a lot and eased the pressure on his lower back.

My wife recently came acroos theSpinely special advertisement on Facebook. Since we both suffer from chronic back and hip problems, we thought we would give your cushions a try. A search to that was largely unsuccessful in our search for a cure, this looked like a different approach.
The two cuchions arrived within a week of being ordered anit turned out that they made a differece immediatly they are elee buit andelve what was promised, we where soimpressed we ordered a tird cushion for use in the car were it is brilliant.I am now looking to see if i can purhase on to fit my handicapped scooter. good 5 star product!

Super comfortable. I struggle with back pain sitting in the car for long periods of time. This cushion has make travelling a reality again. I have one in my car, and another in my husband’s Ute. The only down side is, that mine don’t have a strap to keep them in place. Other than that, I cannot fault them. Thank you.
Have had my Spinely cusion and knee pillow 2 weeks now and definitely feeling benefits. The quality is excellent and communication and delivery were great.
