Returns & Refunds

Spinely PTY LTD accepts returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

You’re welcome to open the packaging and use the product during this period — returns are still accepted within 30 days. We simply ask that the item is returned with all original components.

To request a return, please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.

Items returned without prior contact or approval may not be accepted.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution in line with Australian Consumer Law.


Change of mind returns

If you change your mind, you may return the item within 30 days, provided it meets the return conditions above.

For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Gift cards

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item (once approved) and place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
